London Calling

I think Wednesdays will be my "update day", seeing as a few of my posts have landed on Wednesdays.

Last summer my boyfriend and had the pleasure of visiting London, England. It was a gorgeous place! I would love to visit London again. It's actually funny looking through our photos. Since we were in the same places, we ended up with a lot of similar shots, but with different angles, composition, etc. It's very interesting to see the same subject from a different eye. You can see a few of his shots HERE!

Of over 2000 photos, these were a few of my favourites:

This was the view from my hotel room window. Gorgeous, no?

View from the London Eye!

I hope you enjoy this "snapshot" of my London trip. If you ever have the chance, I would highly recommend visiting London, not just for the beautiful sights! There are so many things to do, we didn't do nearly as much as we had hoped.

A question for my [few] readers:

Where is the one place in the world that you would visit if you got the chance, and why?

That's all for today!

  1. As always, love your shots!

And as for the header, it's simple and I kinda like it.

If I could visit anywhere in the world it would either be to go back to Japan and revisit some of the places we whipped through or visit places in England where my family lives/lived!

  2. @kaeleighjoyAw, thanks Kaeleigh! :) I think I'm just confused about what I want for my blog header, haha. I'm glad to hear that you like it, though, since I probably won't be changing it for awhile!

Japan was definitely a great trip. And I didn't know you had family in England! That's very neat, and definitely worth visiting!

P.S. I will email you for photoshoot opportunities and fun this summer! If you know anyone else who would be interested in joining, let me know!

  3. Stunning photos! The Stonehenge ones are unreal. I visited England in 2006 and am dying to go back!

  4. @AntoniaThank you, Nia!

You definitely came to mind when I was out and about in London. In fact, I saw a girl walking down the street who looked so much like you, right down to the cute outfit! It was actually kind of creepy, but neat! :)

  5. Very nice! I can't wait to see all 2000 of them...or at least a nice photo album. These remind me of the time I went to London, from what I can tell it was about the same time of the year as your photos...

P.S. The ice age is coming, the sun is zooming in, engines stop running and the wheat is growing thin...you get the idea

  6. @Brandon GreerThanks :) You are welcome to see all 2000 any time! Or... I think you did. While we were there.

Anyway, I'm actually going to edit this post and link your Flickr if that's okay :)

  7. London, London, London, London!..i live in London, did you guess?

Thank you for your comments! I really appreciate it :)
